USA and US Territories

Standard Shipping is normally 2-5 business Days

Priority Shipping is 2 to 3 business days.

Express Shipping is 1 to 2 business days.

 

Canada 

Standard Shipping 10-15 Business Days

Priority Shipping 5 to 7 days

 

International Shipping

Shipping 15-30 Days

 

• We use USPS, UPS, and/or FEDEX. Please note that the shipping times for journals and lunchboxes may vary and are determined by the manufacturing company. Transit times are usually 2-5 business days.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• If a package arrives damaged, we will email you a return label and you can receive either an exchange or a store credit to be used on future purchases in our store. 
• If a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable or has the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped. If not, a store credit can be issued. (minus the shipping costs)
• Once a package is marked as delivered please contact your local post office for further information regarding the delivery status of your package as they will be able to better assist you.
